Shipping & delivery

Free shipping on every order, no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay.

Each piece is checked and packed before dispatch. You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second message when it leaves for delivery.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically arrive 7–12 days after dispatch (about 8–15 days in total). Pieces ship from our overseas partner warehouse with tracking. If your order is running late, write to contact@petrielle.com.

Where tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking reference is sent to the email address on the order.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Some destinations may apply import duties or taxes set by local authorities, which Petrielle does not control.
